    • If your system was installed by a Maxeon Preferred Partner on or after August 5, 2024, your installer will register the solar panel warranty with Maxeon, and you’ll receive a warranty certificate. No action is required on your part.
  4. Support Process:
    • For any support issues, contact your solar installer first.
    • Maxeon will work with your installer to support any warranty coverage.
    • A new Maxeon warranty document will be available on their website.
