What we are looking for:

• A great work ethic
• Communication skills is a must
• A valid driver’s license
• Adherence to OSHA regulations
• In-depth knowledge of electrical and solar electrical
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams for residential PV and storage systems
• Must own basic hand tools

The ability and willingness to teach and help foster relationships with other electricians and apprentices is a plus.
