SAVKAT is responsible for selling and installing all their customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Our outstanding relationship with major manufacturers allows us to provide the best financing options in the Connecticut residential solar market.
In broad terms, a Team Lead / Canvassing Manager is responsible for the following:
- Leading our field marketing (canvassing) team in defined residential neighborhoods.
- Managing a team of 5-8 Marketing Consultants
- Collecting energy usage rates from homeowners to evaluate solar viability.
- Setting solar home design appointments.
- Over 90% Project Fulfillment Rate!
- $20 per hour + $100 per kW commissions (approximately $800-$1000 per average install)
- Reliable Transportation
- Cell Phone With Data Plan
- Great Communication Skills
- Ability To Pass a Background Check
- Physically Able To Work On Your Feet
- Complete Online, Classroom, and in-person Solar Training.
- Previous Canvassing Experience.
- Full-Time Position as Manager
